Suiside

I learned that colarado is the 4th most state that commites suiside. I learned a lot of the worning sings of suiside. Also i found that most people that commite suiside dont actually want to die they just want to end the pain. I found that if someone is giving their close belongings away it is a sign. I also learned not to keep anything a secrete if it is about someone geting hurt.

Fitness Goals

My short term goal for this year is to start in a basketball game. I want to have all A's andB's this quarter. I also want to make a lost of money by working.I want to make more then a hundred $ a week by shoveling driveways. I also am going to study and do all my homework.
My long term goal is to pass 8th grade with good grades. I also want to be the leading scorer on my hockey team for the next year. I want to improve my mile to 8 minutes by the end of this year.I am going to practice conditioning so i can improve my goal scoring and my mile time.
